Which Do You Need?

Deep cleaning establishes a clean baseline throughout your home. Once that foundation is set, recurring cleaning can maintain it efficiently. Starting with recurring service on a home that needs a reset means your cleaner spends time catching up rather than maintaining — which isn't the best use of anyone's time or money.

We recommend starting with a deep clean for most new customers. However, if your home was recently deep cleaned by another service or is genuinely in excellent condition, we can discuss starting with recurring. We want to set you up for success, not sell you something you don't need.

Most homes benefit from a deep clean once or twice a year — typically spring and fall. If you have recurring service, you may need deep cleans less frequently. Some customers schedule a seasonal deep clean between regular visits to address areas that don't get attention during maintenance cleanings.

Many of our recurring customers clean between visits. Professional cleaning handles the time-consuming tasks — bathrooms, floors, detailed dusting — so you can maintain tidiness without spending your weekends scrubbing. Think of it as a partnership, not a replacement.
