Can I start with recurring cleaning right away?
An initial deep clean is required before starting recurring service. This gives us the opportunity to address accumulated buildup before moving to a regular maintenance schedule. After your initial cleaning, you can choose the schedule that works best for you — weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Which frequency should I choose?
Biweekly works best for most Long Island families. Choose weekly if you have kids, pets, or a larger home — weekly customers also receive our largest discount (15% off). Monthly is ideal for smaller households or those who maintain between visits.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes. We assign a dedicated cleaner to your home who learns your preferences and how you like things done. If they're ever unavailable, we'll notify you in advance and send a trained backup.
What time will you arrive?
We schedule arrivals within a one-hour window. For example, a 9–10 a.m. arrival window means your team is scheduled to arrive between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. The arrival window does not indicate how long the cleaning will take.
Can I customize what gets cleaned?
Absolutely. You can designate focus areas, skip certain rooms, or add services like interior oven or fridge cleaning. Just let us know your preferences.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No. Most clients provide a key, garage code, or smart lock access. We'll secure your home when we leave.
What if I need to skip or reschedule?
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens—we get it.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts, ever. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime. We earn your business every visit.
