How much does move-out cleaning cost?
Move-out cleaning starts at $369 for a standard apartment or small home. Pricing depends on size, condition, and how long you've lived there. Get your exact price online in about 60 seconds.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. Move-out cleaning requires the home to be empty of furniture with cabinets and refrigerator also emptied. Schedule the service after furniture has been removed — ideally the day after movers leave but before your final walkthrough.
Do utilities need to be on?
Yes. Running water and electricity must remain available throughout the cleaning. Please arrange for utilities to stay connected until the service is complete.
Can move-out cleaning help me get my deposit back?
Our move-out cleaning covers the tasks listed on this page to help prepare the home for handover. We clean appliances, bathroom grout, baseboards, and inside cabinets. We cannot guarantee the return of your security deposit — that decision rests with your landlord or property manager.
What's included in move-out cleaning?
Your move-out cleaning includes interior cleaning of one oven and one refrigerator, kitchen cabinet interiors and exteriors, and interior window glass and tracks, alongside the other listed cleaning tasks throughout the booked home. Interior window cleaning covers windows accessible from a step ladder; exterior window cleaning and screen cleaning are not included. Additional ovens, refrigerators, garages, and basements are available as optional extras.
How long does a move-out cleaning take?
A typical 2-bedroom apartment takes 3-4 hours. A 3-bedroom house takes 4-6 hours with a two-person team. Homes that haven't been deep cleaned in a while may take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you book.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. Most clients are handling moving logistics elsewhere. Just provide access (key, lockbox, meet us briefly) and we'll handle the rest. We'll text you when we're done and lock up.
